Hosted sundown walks at UNESCO World Heritage Galle Fort

Accompanied by a resident host; a walk through the cobblestoned streets of Galle Fort is a step back in time to the ancient days of merchant traders and European colonial rule; speculated to be the ancient seaport of Tarshish, from which King Solomon drew ivory, peacocks and other valuables.

Turtle Hatchery

Five species of Turtles have been found to frequent Sri Lanka’s beaches for nesting, the establishment of hatcheries is an effort to protect laid eggs from poachers and protect turtle populations. Among the species that can been found are Green Turtles, Hawksbill Turtles, Olive Ridley turtles, Leatherback Turtles and Loggerhead Turtles.

Village Rider
